As principal, Richard D. (Ric) Godwin has over thirty years of hands-on experience in facilities management and administrative services. Mr. Godwin has been active in a number of professional and civic organizations throughout the region and has attended hundreds of workshops and professional training programs. He is a degreed economist. He received the 1991 Building Manager of the Year award from the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chattanooga (BOMA). Mr. Godwin is a past President of the Chattanooga Chapter of BOMA
