As principal, Richard D. Godwin has over thirty years of hands-on experience in facilities management and administrative services. Mr. Godwin has been active in a number of professional and civic organizations throughout the region and has attended hundreds of workshops and professional training programs. He is a degreed economist. He received the 1991 Building Manager of the Year award from the Building Owners and Managers Association of Chattanooga (BOMA). Mr. Godwin was Vice President of the Chattanooga Chapter of BOMA for two years and President of the Chapter in 1992. He is a licensed agent for Property, Casualty, and Auto Insurance in the state of Tennessee.
